Mercedes Flex C Service

Do you see a “Service C Due” or “Service C Exceeded” message on your instrument panel when you start your Mercedes? If so, then your Mercedes-Benz needs its Flexible Service C performed. Autoscope has the computer equipment, expertise, and trained, certified Mercedes technicians to perform the Mercedes Flex C Service and reset the dash message afterward.

What is a Mercedes-Benz Flexible Service C?

We follow the Mercedes-Benz factory-mandated list for each Flex C service. This service is typically due every three years or 36,000 miles. This time-frame will change depending on the number of miles driven, time elapsed, and amount of fuel consumed. The Service C service includes a few more items to be checked and is a bit more involved than a typical Flex A service, which is why Mercedes chose to label it a Flexible Service C instead.

What happens during the Mercedes Flex C Service?

This will depend on the model and the other variables mentioned above. During the Flex C service, also known as a “Schedule C Flexible Service,” we first have to connect the car up to our Mercedes diagnostic computer to determine which specific services the car needs. This computer is also necessary to reset the service light after the service is performed.
